RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At SPARKLYN, we want you to love your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.
Eligibility for returns:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair accessories/extensions may not be eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-returnable items:
• Used products
• Gift cards
• Final sale or discounted items (if marked as non-returnable)
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Order cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
